Files of officials who were examined or mentioned in connection with responsibility for the failures of October 7, 2023. There is no legal finding of guilt here and no presumption of guilt. Every record links to a source that was actually read, and is labeled by type: direct testimony, interview, protocol, official report, investigative report, response, or acceptance of responsibility.
A person is included when a public source documents their role, a public statement, a probe finding, or an appearance before an auditing body. Inclusion is not an accusation.
Primary: the document or recording itself. Press report: a journalist quoting it. Secondary: analysis. Every record states which.
Quotes from the Prime Minister's written response to the State Comptroller are excerpts chosen by the responding side, not full protocols. They are labeled as such, and denials are recorded beside them.
Means not found or not read in the material examined, not that the document does not exist.
